My name is Janine Monk and I set up my business in 2003 down in Tauranga.  I then moved the business to Pukekohe as my husband had a job transfer. 
 

It's funny how I started out.  I started my working life down in Wellington as a chef for 5 years.  I then moved into Vet Nursing, Guide Dog Services, MAF Detector Dogs and then Managed a business out in Clevedon for 5 years.  And now I own my own book keeping business.  I know what you're thinking, "bit of a strange combination", yes it is.  Over all of this time, all these careers have given me a lot of different skills which are all used even now. I am also now currently studying at Massey University to get a Degree in Business Studies.

I was a finalist in the Franklin Business Awards in 2007.

I have one other person helping me in the business.

I love the business I am in.  I get to help people on a day to day basis giving them the piece of mind that all their necessary paper work is taken care of so they can concentrate on their core business and so far the results have been proven that I am achieving these objectives.
